Just a reminder, please make your reservations for next year as soon as possible if you have not already done so. We do not automatically rent your unit for you, nor do we make any kind of reservations for you unless you call and instruct us to do so. If you fail to make your reservations we will not compensate you for the loss of your Use time. And there is no accrual or carry over of Use time to the following year. If you decide to Exchange your Use week through any of the existing Exchange companies, it is your responsibility to deposit your week in a timely manner. We do not deposit the Use week on the owners behalf. If you would like to change the status of your reservation from Owner Use to Exchange, you must notify the Inn before calling your Exchange Company. The Nob Hill Inn owners can always make their reservations for their use week 365 days in advance of arrival.
Owners can upgrade to a larger unit only TEN DAYS in advance of their check-in date, provided space is available. There will be an upgrade fee charged. The upgrade fee is the difference between the Bonus time rate of the kind of unit the owner owns and the Bonus time rate of the larger unit.
Note: we do not accept packages for guests who have not registered and are not already staying with us. If we do receive any packages for guests there will be a $5 fee per package.
